Main duties:

1. Draft the plans of audit projects of Dapeng New District according to the requirements of the Audit Bureau of Shenzhen Municipal People’s Government.

2. Audit the implementation of major policies, measures and macro-control deployment.

3. Audit and supervise the implementation of the budget and the final accounts draft in all departments of Dapeng New District (including subordinate units) and all the subdistricts.

4. Audit social security funds and other social public resources managed by government departments and social organizations delegated by the Management Committee of Dapeng New District.

5. Conduct full-coverage audit on the New District’s leading cadres, legal representatives of State-owned assets operating institutions and main responsible persons of other units in fulfilling their economic responsibilities; and conduct the accountability audit of natural resources and assets on tenure-end leading cadres.

6. Guide and supervise internal audit and community collective economy audit work of the New District and verify social audit institutions’ audit reports on auditees who are subject to the audit by the Audit Bureau of Dapeng New District.

7. Audit the implementation of the budgets and final accounts of government-funded and predominantly government-funded construction projects; conduct follow-up audits on the implementation of major public construction projects; organize special audit investigations on the implementation of major public construction projects; conduct the work related to the audit on major projects; and conduct follow-up audits on the implementation of major policies and measures.

8. Implement audit projects organized by higher-level audit institutions.
