The 65 subvenues for the 18th China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industries Fair (ICIF) will host more than 300 cultural-themed exhibition and transaction activities during its run from Dec. 28 to Jan. 2, 2023.
Dapeng New District will also present a variety of cultural lectures, performances, and parades to show off its culture and history charms. Here is a list of some of the cultural activities you can enjoy in Dapeng.

Performances of Traditional Chinese Opera listed as Intangible Cultural Heritage
Peking Opera, Cantonese Opera, Huangmei Opera (originating in Huangmei in Hubei Province) will be staged for audiences in Dapeng.

As part of the 3rd Glow Shenzhen, a grand light festival, which will run through Feb. 19, 2023, a light art show introducing Dapeng’s history and folk customs will grace Dapeng Fortress, offering audience a visual feast.

Private car and truck vendors will gather at Dapeng Fortress and sell traditional Dapeng snacks and drinks.
