Acceptance requirements

Abranch of a foreign-invested company may register an alteration when all of the following conditions are met:

1. There is an alteration in the branch’s registration items;

2. Where the alteration in the branch’s registration items must be reported for approval in accordance with the law, administrative regulations and decisions of the State Council, and has been approved by the relevant licensing authorities; and

3. Where the alteration is requested by the parent company.
