Guided by Shenzhen Science Technology and Innovation Commission and Dapeng New District Management Committee, organized by Economic Service Bureau of Dapeng New District and undertaken by Research Institute of Sun Yat-sen University in Shenzhen, the competition echoes the city-level innovation and entrepreneurship competition, focuses on bio-industry, marine and tourism industry and serves as an innovation and entrepreneurship for teams, projects and start-up businesses in Shenzhen and other cities. 

The second edition of the competition has Dapeng and overseas division and includes groups for enterprises and teams. There will be 24 awards and the total prize reaches 1.8 million yuan. In the final round, first, second and third prize as well as overseas excellence awards will be given to the winning teams who will receive 250,000, 150,000, 50,000 and 30,000 yuan respectively.
