Main duties:

1. Draft targets and regulations for government office management and organize the implementation according to the rules and requirements of the State and the Party.

2. Research on and formulate standards for government office management to formalize duties and work procedures in government office management.

3. Support the running of major meetings of the Party Work Committee and the Management Committee of Dapeng New District, and other major meetings of the New District; and manage and provide services to government leaders’ offices and the meeting rooms of government offices.

4. Be responsible for business receptions of the Party Work Committee and the Management Committee of Dapeng New District; and support the reception for major business events in the New District.

5. Be responsible for the allocation and management of office buildings for government departments and propose for the construction plans of such buildings; and manage the property of Dapeng New District as authorized, and supervise the services provided for the property it governs as well as for the supporting facilities.

6. Manage the registration of fixed assets of the management center and meeting rooms of government offices.

7. Take charge of the purchase, scrapping, allocation, repair and maintenance of vehicles of district-level government departments as well as the management center.

8. Be responsible for the security of the governed property.

9. Be responsible for the management and services of government canteens and other similar venues

10. Be responsible for the production safety within the jurisdiction.

11. Support the work of Dapeng New District’s government departments on energy conservation in public institutions.

12. Undertake other tasks as may be assigned by the Party Work Committee, the Management Committee and other higher authorities.

13. Duties related to the Dapeng New District Development and Finance Bureau. The Dapeng New District Development and Finance Bureau is responsible for energy conservation in public institutions, while the Government Office Management Center supports the work of the Development and Finance Bureau.
