Construction on the new Xinda Coastal Integrated Passenger Transport Hub has reached a milestone, with the final batch of concrete poured, marking the completion of the project’s main structure. The development now moves into interior and exterior fit-out work, advancing toward full completion.

The project, located in the Xinda area of Nan’ao, covers 20,000 square meters, with a gross floor area of 77,000 square meters and an investment of approximately 480 million yuan.

Once finished, the hub will connect seamlessly to nearby rail lines and expressways, enhancing Dapeng’s integrated transport network and boosting passenger services for both residents and tourists in Shenzhen’s coastal resort district.
