Organized by local new energy brand 79BIKE, the event featured a “daytime competition plus nighttime entertainment” format. During the day, participants took on an all-terrain obstacle course, watched rider demonstrations and tested new energy off-road vehicles, promoting low-carbon outdoor lifestyles.

At night, the beach transformed into an electronic music venue, blending motorcycle culture with coastal nightlife. The event extended visitors’ stay and boosted surrounding businesses, including restaurants, homestays and retail services.

The festival also showcased China’s new energy off-road industry, with companies presenting locally developed technologies and products.

The event attracted about 700 participants, doubling the scale of previous editions. Organizers said the event represents a new model for Dapeng’s coastal tourism development by integrating sports, entertainment and green technology, helping expand the district’s summer tourism offerings.
