Center One · International Green Island, a new flagship industrial and urban development project in Dapeng, is taking shape as a key platform to attract multinational headquarters and research centers.

Located at the foot of Paiya Mountain and along Baguang Bay, the integrated complex combines offices, a five-star hotel and an international conference center, aiming to become an international hub for global cooperation.

With a total investment of about 2.8 billion yuan (US$390 million), the project covers approximately 37,000 square meters, with a gross floor area of about 290,000 square meters. It will also include a large public transport hub and parking facilities.

Baguang has been identified as one of Shenzhen’s largest contiguous development areas and a strategic base for advancing the city’s biotechnology and marine economy sectors. The area is accelerating the construction of industrial facilities and is expected to create more than 80,000 jobs in the future.
