The coastal areas of Moon Bay and Haibei Bay in Nan’ao have unveiled upgraded lighting displays, offering residents and visitors new options for evening walks and seaside leisure.

The project combines safety lighting along the waterfront with decorative installations designed to complement the natural landscape. It uses projection effects, water-pattern lighting and lasers to create distinct nighttime settings at the two bays.

Moon Bay features a lively marine theme, with illuminated images of whales, jellyfish and seaweed, interactive lighting at the waterfront plaza, and a walkway known as Lovers’ Bridge. Special light shows are planned for holidays and major events.

Haibei Bay, known for its coastal guesthouses, features softer, warmer lighting intended to create a relaxed resort atmosphere. Lights highlight the bay’s landmark lighthouse and surrounding pathways.

Haibei Bay also offers a range of sea-view dining options, allowing visitors to combine evening sightseeing with dining and overnight stays.
