While temperatures are dropping in North and Central China, Shenzhen is still sunny and warm, and it's a wonderful time to relax outdoors on weekends.

Recently, Muhlenbergia capillaris  (commonly known as "pink muhly grass" or "粉黛乱子草" in Chinese) flowers are in full blossom in the Hetang Wetland Park at the foot of Qiniang Mountain in Dapeng New District. Covering 7,000 square meters, the field of pink flowers is attracting throngs of locals to take romantic photos with.

It's said that the best season to appreciate Muhlenbergia capillaris is between September and November, so gear up to enjoy the "flower sea" right now!
