According to the regulations for the Registration and Management of Social Associations released by the State Council, the application for establishing the Dapeng Rescue Volunteers Federation was approved on Aug.14.
The federation’s scope of business includes member training and communication, educating the public on knowledge regarding outdoor safety and emergency rescue, and assisting government departments in conducting emergency rescue work.
It is especially noteworthy that the federation must apply for approval from relevant departments before engaging in operations that require legal paperwork.
