Content of application

This administrative licensing applies to the
deregistration of branches of foreign-invested
partnership companies.

Acceptance requirements

A branch of a foreign-invested partnership company may be deregistered when one of the following conditions is met:

1. It has been revoked by the parent partnership of the branch;

2. It has been ordered to close down according to law;

3. It has had its business license suspended or revoked; or

4. Where the deregistration of the branch must be reported for approval in accordance with the law, administrative regulations and decisions of the State Council, and has been approved by the relevant licensing authorities.
