On Sept. 29, Shenzhen revised its policies to permit non-hukou holders to purchase apartments in non-core areas, including Yantian, Bao'an (excluding Xin'an and Xixiang Subdistricts), Longgang, Longhua, Pingshan, Guangming, and Dapeng New District, without the need for personal income tax or social insurance certificates.
The city authority plans to reinstate Dapeng Mountain as the official name of Qiniang Mountain on the Dapeng Peninsula in eastern Shenzhen, while retaining Qiniang Mountain as an alias.
As the National Day holiday approaches, cycling enthusiasts and nature lovers now have two new scenic routes to explore in Shenzhen.
